Penelope Hunt is an artist, researcher, and educator who completed her PhD at Monash University in 2025. Working across photo-media, her practice explores perceptions of time and temporality through transformative processes of loss and renewal. Drawing on reflection as both an inherent quality of photographic media and a contemplative state, Hunt engages photography as a mutable and expansive medium. Her projects create spaces for reflection and contemplation, drawing out threads of fragility, transformation, and renewal.
